Is SHTX able to use my carriers relationships for shipping?

Yes, we are. We have the ability to use your carrier accounts for shipping. To save you money, we also offer to optimize your shipping by comparing your carrier rates to our volume rates and if our rates are less than yours, you can opt to use our carrier relationships and save money.

What is the advantage of using the centrally located Texas warehouse?

Being both centrally located in the U.S. and adjacent to one of the largest international Ocean and Air Ports in the U.S. provides improved rates and transit times for both inventory you bring into the U.S. and shipments fulfilled across the the U.S. and the world. The ability to “Zone Skip” on the domestic shipping from the Texas Warehouse provides more savings because the majority of delivery zip codes are zones 2 through 4 for most carriers as apposed to shipping from a California or New York based warehouses where the majority of delivery zones would be zones 4 through 6.

When do I need to get my orders to the fulfillment center for them to go out that same day?

In general our cut-off time for orders is 3 pm Central Time for them to be picked, packed and shipped the same day.
